*PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer accepting hotel reservations at this late date.  If you have extenuating circumstances and are planning on attending but don’t have a hotel room, please contact Samantha Miller at smiller@stopthefrackattack.org or (202) 455-8107.

Summit attendees traveling from outside the Dallas area are encouraged to stay at the hotel.  The cost of a hotel room for two nights is included in your registration fee (unless you chose the option to not stay at the hotel or requested a scholarship).  If you chose the option for a single room, you will be assigned your own hotel room.  If you chose the double room option, you will be paired with a roommate.  We will do our best to respect your preferences and needs, and any attendees who request to room together will be placed together.

A buffet lunch with a variety of options to meet different dietary needs will be provided on Saturday and Sunday during the Summit.  All those staying at the hotel also receive breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  Attendees will be on their own for dinner, and we will provide a list of restaurant options in the immediate walkable area.


As Dallas is a city without much public transportation, we will be providing shuttles to and from the airport (included in the cost of your registration).  If you need a ride from the airport to the hotel, please email your flight information to Samantha at smiller@stopthefrackattack.org.
